2. Fees and Payment

All fees are charged according to the fee schedule provided at the outset of the engagement. Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt. Accepted methods of payment include bank transfer and credit card. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by applicable law.

3. Refund Policy

We are committed to client satisfaction. If you believe our services have not been delivered as agreed, you may request a refund under the following conditions.

3.1 Eligibility

Refunds apply only to services not yet completed or deliverables not yet finalized. Services that have commenced or documents already delivered are not eligible for a full refund but may receive a partial refund at our discretion.

3.2 Refund Process

5. Limitation of Liability
